Types of Argillite

About Argillite :

Argillite needs less maintenance compared to many other sedimentary rocks. It is durable, can resist heat and impact, and is also water, scratch, stain, wind, and acid resistant.

This argillite is dark blue with flecks of red and green, which show the presence of copper oxide. It contains varying amounts of iron oxide, which gives it an aged appearance.
